When you consent to marketing cookies, the Meta Pixel sends data about your activity on this site (pages visited, actions taken) to Meta Platforms Inc. Content produced through our Done For You service and Accelerator programme may include AI-generated imagery, voice, or video. This is disclosed to clients in writing prior to delivery and in ad captions in accordance with Meta advertising policies.
If you submit your phone number through one of our (or our clients') ad forms, funnels, or booking pages, you consent to be contacted by email, SMS, WhatsApp and social messaging — including via an automated AI assistant — to answer your enquiry, qualify your interest, and book a call. Message frequency varies; standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text, or by emailing saintjay@saintjaymarketing.com. Consent to automated messaging is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Messaging data (your number, message content, and opt-in/opt-out status) is processed in GoHighLevel and connected messaging providers on our behalf.
Some of our processors are based in the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the UK ICO and/or European Commission.
