"We" / "Us" / "Saint Jay Marketing" means Saint Jay Marketing Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
"You" / "Member" / "Client" means the individual purchasing or accessing any Saint Jay Marketing service.
By signing up or engaging our services, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase or engagement.
A digital membership programme delivering training, resources, and community access to help members create AI-generated advertising content and manage paid advertising campaigns. Access is provided through the Whop platform. Membership includes:
A managed service where we produce AI-generated UGC ad creatives for your business on a monthly retainer. Specific scope, deliverables, and revision terms are defined in a written service agreement signed before work commences. All creatives are labelled as AI-generated in accordance with Meta advertising policies.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve programme content at any time without removing core content without notice.
New Accelerator members receive a 3-day free trial with full programme access from the moment of sign-up. No payment is taken until day 4.
To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the end of day 3 (72 hours from sign-up). Cancellation is done entirely inside Whop — no email required, no cancellation call.
After the free trial, your subscription automatically renews at £37/month and your payment method is charged on the same date each month until you cancel.
Done For You engagements require a signed service agreement specifying scope, deliverables, and payment terms before any work begins. Monthly retainer fees are due at the start of each billing period. Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Fees paid for the current period are non-refundable upon termination.
Accelerator members may cancel at any time through their Whop account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Your results will depend on many factors including your prior experience, effort applied, niche, market conditions, ad budget, and consistency of implementation. Saint Jay Marketing Ltd makes no guarantee of any specific income, revenue, ad performance, or business outcome.
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are provided for illustrative purposes only. We retain records of all results referenced publicly.
Content produced through our services may include AI-generated imagery, voice, or video. We disclose this to clients in writing before delivery. Clients must not misrepresent AI-generated content as real human testimonials or real documented results without appropriate consent and documentation.
All Accelerator content is the intellectual property of Saint Jay Marketing Ltd. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our content to create competing products.
For Done For You clients: upon full payment, you receive a licence to use delivered creative assets for your own advertising. We retain the right to reference anonymised work in our own marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
You may not use our services or community to run deceptive, misleading, or illegal advertising, violate Meta or other platform policies, harass community members, or share unsolicited promotions. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We prefer to resolve disputes informally — email us first at saintjay@saintjaymarketing.com. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
