Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
At Saint Jay Marketing Ltd., we are committed to delivering exceptional value through our coaching programs. We understand that making an investment in your business is a significant decision, and we want to be transparent about our refund and cancellation policies.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted when all conditions outlined in your signed Consulting Agreement are fully met. This typically requires:
- Attending a minimum of 9 group coaching calls over 6 months
- Completing 12 one-on-one coaching calls
- Submitting a tracking spreadsheet documenting 3,000 verifiable business contacts
- Demonstrating full participation in all program components
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Submit your request in writing to [email protected]
- Include documentation proving completion of all required activities
- Allow up to 14 business days for review
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 days
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are NOT granted for:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances
- Lack of effort or failure to implement
- Failure to attend scheduled calls
- Incomplete participation in program requirements
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Requests made after the refund eligibility period
Cancellation Policy
Monthly Payment Plans: You may cancel your monthly payments at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
One-Time Payments: If you have made a one-time payment, the refund eligibility requirements above apply. There is no partial refund for early termination.
Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collection efforts and potential legal action. We maintain detailed records of all client interactions and service delivery.
